該設備自動將生產出的玻璃產品由水平位置翻轉為豎直位置，并一片片整齊裝入固定好的玻璃箱（架）內。整機采用PLC集中控制，人性化設計操控，從吸片翻轉到裝入箱（架）內全套動作自動完成，整機設計合理，動作靈敏可靠。供選用液壓系統(tǒng)和機械結構等兩種方式完成吸盤臂翻轉和行走及裝片，可靠的真空系統(tǒng)吸片，裝片可靠，疊片無破壞?？膳涮子阱兡げＡa線和鍍鏡玻璃生產線使用，替代了人力裝箱（架）的功能，提高功效，安全可靠。
Automatic packing machine turns the glass panes from horizontal to vertical and then puts them to crate orderly. Controlle with PLC, the machine can complete whole procedures automatically. It is scientific, safe and reliable. There are two alternative rotation systems as hydraulic system and mechanical one. Vacuum system ensures loading reliable and the glass packing is free from damage. It can be used for glass coating line and mirror coating line instead to replace the manual work, resulting in more efficiency, safety and reliability. |
